The C&L article didn't mention this, but this was a summary judgment. The government didn't try to present its case, maintaining that it was all secret and stuff.
Bloody amazing. Apparently, the judge remembered that CIPA exists for just this sort of argument. Too bad more federal judges don't have this sort of recall.
