Apparently, the Justice Department doesn't have a "don't ask, don't tell" policy:

But then the graduate of Pat Robertson’s college heard Hagen might be gay, and despite the requests of Hagen’s supervisors, Hagen was gone.
Carpetbagger's theory is that she was fired due to teh gay. But me, I'm plumping for the competence - Lord knows, Bush don't want nobody around knows what they're doing. That would be too great a threat to his ability to fuck everything up spectacularly.
Speaking of incompetents, remember when I told you about Wal-Mart's brilliant plan to demand a severely disabled woman's trust? Well, it appears they're not liking the bad publicity so much:
Fortunately, Wal-Mart, which has been known to have more than a few public-relations problems, is not immune to public outrage.
Yesterday, the commercial behemoth reversed course and announced that Shank can keep the trust to pay for her medical care.
Amazing how a little public outrage can make a corporation behave itself. But rest easy, my darlings: it's only a matter of time before they pull another spectacularly stupid stunt, like, oh, say, taking candy from babies.
